The food is artfully prepared by Chef Stephen Smith, a Culinary Institute of America graduate and Registered Dietitian in a fusion of French and Caribbean Cuisine with exotic flavors.
On an Island that imports a great majority of its food for consumption, we aggressively pursue and support small local farmers and fishermen who share the same friendly sustainable approach to living as we do.
All our Pasta is homemade in our own kitchen, as well as our bread and brioche. We make all our stocks from scratch in the old fashion way with no pre-made ingredients.
